EMERGENCY services called to a collision in Penyffordd this morning, where a car had driven into a hedge.
The driver, who crashed on Wat's Road, was taken by ambulance to Countess of Chester Hospital with injuries.
A spokesman for North Wales Fire and Rescue said: “We had a call at 10.23am reporting a one vehicle road traffic collision in Penyffordd, where a car had gone into a hedge.
“The road was closed at 11.01 and fire crews were still on the scene at 11.16am.”
Wat's Road is still closed and diversions are in place.
