TWO film fans staged a movie marathon in Wrexham for Children In Need.
Kayleigh Brooks, 21, and Sarah Jones, 19, devoted their day to fundraising at the Odeon cinema in Wrexham’s Eagles Meadow shopping and leisure complex.
The duo were sponsored to watch four films and in between some of the screenings they also found time to get out and about with collection buckets, asking members of the public for donations to help their chosen charity.
Kayleigh, from Cefn Mawr, and Sarah, of Wrexham, threw themselves into the task with gusto and wore fancy dress on the day featuring characters from the Twilight series.
The first film they saw on Friday was the latest in the Twilight saga entitled New Moon.
Kayleigh and Sarah are big fans of the franchise and elected to watch New Moon again as their second film.
They then enjoyed the highly acclaimed animation entitled Up and the day of blockbuster bonanzas came to an end with Christmas Carol, starring Jim Carrey.
