A PAIR of TV property experts are looking to help North Wales homebuyers in their search for the perfect pad.
Location, Location, Location on Channel 4 has long been a viewing staple for those house hunting or who simply enjoy watching the process.
The reality property series follows experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer as they try to find the perfect home for house hunters who are struggling to buy their next home.
Channel 4 are casting for the new 2024 series, and are interested in hearing from applicants in North Wales, with applications are now open.
