POLICE seized a car in Flintshire after stopping it for being in poor condition.
North Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit said the vehicle was stopped in Connah's Quay today (Thursday, December 21).
After stopping the car, officers found the passenger seats had no seatbelts, the driver had no licence and the vehicle had no insurance.
A spokesperson said: "All the factors that can cause serious injuries on our roads, vehicle seized, driver reported and another one off the road."
