ROBBIE Savage couldn't hide his emotions as son Charlie scored his first senior goal on Saturday (March 11).
The former Wales international, who is from Wrexham, was appearing as a pundit on BT Sport on Saturday to cover a range of matches.
But, one moment in particular caught him off guard as son Charlie netted his first goal in senior football.
The 19-year-old is currently on loan at Forest Green Rovers from Manchester United.
The League One club, currently managed by Everton legend Duncan Ferguson, lost 3-1 at home to Bristol Rovers on the day.

But there was a moment to remember for young midfielder Charlie as he scored the opening goal of the game.
And that was met with a moment of joy for dad Robbie.
Speaking on BT Sport, he said: "Wow, it's emotional that man, it's class man. All he's been through, do you know what I mean? Wow, proud of him."

Charlie was equally as delighted to have been on the scoresheet for his club.
He took to Twitter to write: "Bitter sweet today, but on a personal note it was an amazing feeling to score my first professional goal."

Charlie will be looking to follow in his father's footsteps in the near future.
Robbie, who was also a midfielder, made 346 Premier League appearances for Leicester City, Birmingham City, Blackburn Rovers and Derby County.
He also earned 39 caps for Wales.
