North Wales Crusaders boosted by return of Stuart Reardon ahead of Oxford clash

NORTH WALES CRUSADERS are boosted by the return of Stuart Reardon for Sunday’s clash with Oxford in League One (2.30pm).

Crusaders can close in on the top eight with victory at The Racecourse

and head coach Anthony Murray has warned his squad not to get complacent against an Oxford side who have yet to win this term.

Reardon could replace Alex Thompson, who is missing with a hip strain.

“Hopefully we can make it back-to-back wins but we’ll be taking no chances,” Murray explained.

“I know Oxford haven’t won yet and we know how that feels to be chasing your first win. It’ll come for Oxford and we must make sure it doesn’t happen against us. We’re boosted by the return of Stuart who is ready to go, and we’ve got two dual-reg lads in with Matt Wilkinson and Jake Bibby, so we’ll have a think and shuffle the pack accordingly.”
