Firefighters called out to caravan fire near Penycae

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a caravan fire early on Friday afternoon. 

The incident happened on Delph Road between Acrefair and Penycae. 

A spokesman for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 1.05pm to a caravan fire on the Delph Road. 

“Four appliances attended, three from Wrexham, one from Llangollen. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage is still unknown.”
