SCRAP metal was scattered across a road after a lorry overturned.
The vehicle shed its load on a roundabout between Ash Road and Bryn Lane, near Wrexham Industrial Estate, shortly before 11am yesterday. A man was taken to hospital.
North Wales Police attended the scene after receiving calls at 10.45am.
A clean-up operation was carried out to remove the debris, while diversions were put in place after the lorry tipped on its side and spilled the scrap metal.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: “An ambulance officer and a crew in an emergency ambulance attended and a man in his 20s with non-life threatening injuries was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
