THE new Crusaders Supporters Club has seen fans clamouring to join following the side’s play-off heroics.

So far nearly 200 people have joined the club and that number is expected to rise again following Crusaders’ first successful season in Wrexham.

Club chairman Chris Jones is thrilled with the response so far.

He said: “We have had a great response from fans looking to get involved with the supporters club.

“Following the team’s efforts against Huddersfield, we’ve had a lot of people looking to become members and we have been delighted with the response.

“We believe the club package offers fantastic value for money with a number of great perks and privileges for Crusaders fans.”

Club membership costs just £15 for adults, with juniors under 16 able to join for £5.

Members receive an exclusive membership card and are entitled to a range of benefits, including discount on Crusaders and Wrexham FC merchandise, a car sticker and key ring, discounts at many leading Wrexham businesses, access to a members bar on match days, discount on Crusaders events, priority booking for Crusaders match-day tickets, a meet the players and coaches evening, an exclusive invitation to see the presentation of the new squad shirts for the 2011 Engage Super League season.

Anyone interested in joining the club can pick up a membership form from the club shop at the Racecourse Ground, or e-mail Chris and Sarah at crusadersrls@yahoo.co.uk
