LIFE proved to be a real ‘drag’ for the men of Wrexham as they took to the streets of the town as part of a charity fundraiser.
Nightingale House Hospice organised the event which saw men dress as women to take part in a three-mile sponsored walk of the town, starting from the Racecourse on Sunday.
A whole range of eye-catching outfits were worn by participants as participants got in touch with their feminine side.
Laura Parry, community fundraiser at Nightingale House, said: “We have had a lot of remarks from men in the past asking why we don’t organise any events for them, so this was a really great opportunity to get involved.”
Sunday’s laughter-laden attraction evolved from Nightingale House’s popular ladies’ Midnight Walk, which this year will take place on June 26.
