Wrexham AFC are joint top of the National League after Saturday's 2-1 victory at Dagenham.
The two Lukes - summer signings Young and Summerfield - both opened their accounts at Victoria Road.
It means Sam Ricketts' men sit second in the table, behind league leader Salford City on goal difference.
