Police have appealed for witnesses after a pedestrian died following a collision with a vehicle in Ruthin.
The tragic incident happened at around 1.40am this morning (Sunday) when an as yet unnamed man was struck while walking on a stretch of the A494.
North Wales Police have asked anyone who may have seen the man walking to contact them using ref W146612.
At around 3pm on Sunday, Police confirmed that collision investigators had completed their investigation at the scene and the road had been re-opened.
