POLICE have launched an appeal to trace the owner of a Border Collie dog which bit a young man in Connah's Quay last month.
The incident occurred at Broad Oak Wood nature reserve on September 15 at about midday.
The owner, a woman believed to be in her 50’s with pink or purple hair, is believed to be a regular in the area. The victim sustained a bite to his calf.
