A TEENAGER was watched by police as be cycled to a Deeside car park and bought drugs.
When later arrested at his home, the cannabis was recovered.
Jordan Richard Davies, 19, of Henry Taylor Street in Flint, admitted possessing 15 grammes of cannabis at his home on July 20.
That put him in breach of a suspended prison sentence and he was also on a community order at the time.
At North East Wales Magistrates Court he was fined £80 with £85 costs and a £30 surcharge for the drugs offence and he was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid work for breaching the suspended sentence.
Prosecutor Rhian Jackson told the Mold court a man who was alleged to have sold the cannabis out of a car window to Davies had been charged with being concerned in the supply of drugs after the transaction had been captured on CCTV.
His case had already been sent to the crown court.
