A mother has appeared in court charged with manslaughter three years after the death of her 13-month old daughter.
Flintshire Magistrates’ Court heard that Rosie Morris drowned in a bath at her home in Greenfield on July 29, 2015.
Her mother Sarah Elizabeth Morris, 34, of Thomas Row, High Street, Bagillt is charged with unlawfully killing her.
Morris attended court on a postal summons wearing a turquoise jogging top and jeans, carrying a turquoise shoulder bag.
Her solicitor Dafydd Roberts agreed with prosecutor John Wilde that unconditional bail was appropriate and the case was adjourned to a hearing at Mold Crown Court on October 5.
