North Wales Fire Engine
A BLAZE which scorched 200 square metres of an overgrown bowling green was believed to be deliberate.
North Wales Fire and Rescue were called to the land off Ffordd Dyfrdwy, in Mostyn, shortly before 2pm today.
Crews used one hose reel and one bucket of water to distinguish the fire in the overgrown grass.
A fire service spokesman said: "The stop time came in at 2.30pm and ignition was believed to be deliberate, but it is not known as to who."
