Saturday was the final day of the exhibition, and as a final cherry on top, local company Vintage Football Shirts brought along several of their best shirts.

Owner of Vintage Football Shirts, Tomas Jones said: "Me and Liam organised the event. I didn't want to bring the shirts for the whole exhibition for the whole time for safety reasons so we agreed to put them out for one day.

"We decided to put out the most iconic and eye-catching shirts, the ones that bring back memories. The USA 94 and the Germany 90 shirt are some of my favourites.

"We don't have plans to do it permanently, but in two years time for the Euros we might do it again."

Liam is receptive to the idea of a permanent exhibition though. He said: "It was immense. The exhibition was a huge success for Undegun and the town, attracting more than 1600 visitors in a short period of time. It's highlighted the town's yearning for something similar on a more permanent basis.

"The exhibition, or a portion of it at least, may very possibly be heading to T? Pawb for the duration of the World Cup. After that, who knows. Though the idea of a permanent exhibition is certainly an enticing one."
