A HOLYWELL man was fined £55 after admitting putting his feet up on a train seat.
Jacob Thomas, 25, of Pen Y Maes Gardens pleaded guilty to the bye-law of unacceptable behaviour on the railways at Hooton on the Wirral on July I last year.
He told Flintshire Magistrates’ Court he didn’t realise what he had done.
Thomas was also told to pay £150 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
