A MAN has been charged with robbery, burglary and false imprisonment.
Dale Chamberlain, 27, appeared for a plea hearing at Mold Crown Court charged with robbing a man of his wallet and contents, burglary of a house in Connah’s Quay, and three charges of false imprisonment in May 2014.
Judge Rhys Rowlands fixed a trial date in August.
Chamberlain, of Whippingham Road, Brighton, East Sussex, was bailed subject to a residence condition.
He must report to police three times a week, he is not to enter North Wales and he is not to contact prosecution witnesses.
