ARRIVA Trains Wales is running a bus service for passengers travelling between Wrexham and Shrewsbury due to flooding on the tracks.
This morning (Monday) a spokeswoman for the company said the bus had been running since Sunday afternoon and the problem was on a section of rail line between Ruabon and Chirk.
She said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to passengers and are keeping them informed online as the situation develops. We are constantly monitoring what is happening.
“We can’t say when the normal operational service will resume. The weather in currently changeable.”
