A WOMAN whose disappearance sparked a major police search yesterday (Tuesday) has been safely found.
Police descended on Blackbrook Road, Sychdyn, following reports the woman had gone missing, with a helicopter flying above the village and neighbouring Mold during the afternoon.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: “We can confirm the missing person was found safe and well on Tuesday evening.”
The woman has not been named and the likely circumstances behind her disappearance have not been released
