STUDENTS and staff at Ysgol Morgan Llwyd are celebrating another year of top-class A-level results.
Headteacher Huw Foster Evans congratulated everyone on their achievement and thanked them for their hard work.
He said: "I am very proud again this year of all our A-level sudents, who ensured a 100 per cent pass rate for the school, with three quarters of the grades awarded being at A*, A, B or C grades.
"I must mention Daniel Evans, Robin Jones, Katie Roberts and Carwyn Wycherley who each gained four A-levels at grades A or A* as well as the Welsh Baccalaureate Diploma.
"Robin, the school's head boy, gained four straight A* grades in this the first year this new grade has been awarded and will now be furthering his studies at Cambridge University.
"At a time when there is such a squeeze on higher education nationally, I am very pleased that so many of our students have, through these results, ensured that all important university place."
