POLICE in Wrexham are appealing for witnesses to a robbery on a country road.
A motorist had cash stolen by two men after stopping near the Fox and Hounds pub on Eyton Road at 1.25am on Sunday (July 4).
The driver was unhurt.
One of the men is described as 5ft 4in tall, wearing dark clothes and a motorcross-style helmet with a silver or white peak and a chin guard.
The other man was wearing a motorcycle helmet, jeans and white trainers. Both men left on a low-powered moped or scooter in the direction of Ruabon.
