Wrexham FC have signed former Chester player Chris Blackburn.
The 27-year-old, who can play anywhere across the back four, has joined Wrexham FC on a two year deal from League Two side Aldershot.
The Northwich-born defender has been a regular for Aldershot since their return to the Football League two years ago, helping them to reach the play-offs this season.
Meanwhile, the versatile Wes Baynes looks poised to extend his deal with Dean Saunders' side by another 12 months.
