A MAN was taken to hospital with a head injury after the car he was driving came off the road and went into a ditch.
Emergency services were called to the A483 northbound, near the Gresford slip-road, at 6.20am today.
A 29-year-old was taken to the Maelor Hospital with a head injury and pain to his left side and lower back, a spokesman for the Welsh Amulance Service said.
Fire crews used cutting equipment to gain access to the silver Vauxhall Corsa and also made the vehicle safe.
