THE A483 bypass is now completely re-open following a collision involving two trucks earlier this morning (Thursday, April 15).
The northbound carriageway between the Johnstown and Rhostyllen junctions was closed immediately after the smash between the heavy goods vehicles ar around 5.15am.
There were massive traffic tailbacks as diverted rush-hour drivers tried to find other routes around the blockage.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said there were no serious injuries.
Fire crews were called to make the vehicles safe.
A spokesman for Wrexham Council said the road had been fully re-opened just after 9am.
