POLICE say cannabis factory plants with a potential street value close to £500,000 were discovered when a warrant was executed in Wrexham on Tuesday afternoon.
Wrexham officers say that more than 500 plants were found in the Abenbury Road area but they were not all mature. Three local men have been arrested and are being questioned.
The warrant was carried out as part of Operation Viscosity which focuses on cannabis operations.
