MORE than a hundred new jobs are to come to Deeside after a paper plant expansion.
UPM has announced it is to invest £17million in a materials recovery facility at Shotton paper mill.
The firm says the move will create up to 160 jobs at the mill site.
Construction will start straight away and is due to be finished by January 2011.
