A TELECOM company has added to its sales team.

Mold-based PRS Telecom says it is delighted to announce the arrival of Deborah Dalton.

Deborah, who was raised in Trawsfynydd in Gwynedd, is fluent in Welsh and English.

PRS managing director Patrick Gill says: “We are delighted to welcome Deb to the team. With her wealth of telecoms experience, knowledge of the North Wales marketplace, a supporter of our 'Customer is King' attitude and with a lovely personality, she will be a great asset to the business.

“PRS Telecom has a wealth of happy clients in the region, but we respect that being able to pick up the phone and speak in one’s native tongue is vital for good relations.

“Deb adds that aspect to our portfolio and we intend to build on that.”
She joins the rest of the PRS team which has been operating from offices in High Street, Mold since 2007.

Deborah said:  “Since moving to Penyffordd in Flintshire, I have wanted to get back to proper direct sales and put my 10 years’ experience in business telecoms to best use.

“My focus is to visit new and existing customers and help them get abreast of the best solutions today’s technology offers and yet keep their costs as tight as possible.

“Because PRS Telecom is independent it can offer the services of Vodafone, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and EE together with landlines on BT Openreach, systems with Siemens/Unify and its own Hosted Voip Solution.

“It offers more than that though because everything is done from the client’s point of view. No customer is the same.

“I have only been here a short while but have hit the ground running and I am really enjoying myself. PRS is a great place to be.”
