Wrexham remain hot on the heels of the leaders after beating Nuneaton Town 6-1 at The Racecourse.
Wrexham finally got into their stride following a quiet start and built up a 3-0 lead by the interval.
Johnny Hunt got the ball rolling on 20 minutes with a neat finish following Brett Oremerod's back heel.
Andy Morrell and Neil Ashton both got on the scoresheet to make it 3-0 as they both found the net following corners from Dean Keates.
The fourth goal arrived after 72 minutes with substitute Rob Ogleby converting after racing onto a throughball.
Another substitute, Adrian Cieslewicz, made it 5-0 with an unstoppable 25 yard drive.
Andy Brown pulled a goal back for Nuneaton but Wrexham scored a sixth in added time, Ashton converting a penalty after Dean Keates was fouled in the area.
