Woman hospitalised after rush hour crash on A483

A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a rush-hour car crash.

The two-vehicle crash on the A483 caused delays for rush-hour
commuters but the road has now been cleared.

The southbound carriageway was blocked near Rossett after the crash
involving a black Vauxhall Corsa and a black people carrier, with
traffic heading into Wrexham affected.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called at 8.17am to
a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A483 near Rossett.

"A crew in an emergency ambulance attended, and a woman in her 20s
with minor injuries was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
