A BOY of five gave evidence by video link to a crown court jury and alleged that a teenager had performed a sex act on him.
The accused boy, aged 15, denies he caused the little boy to engage in sexual activity with him in July 2012, when the alleged victim was four.
It was alleged it happened at Wrexham when the little boy was playing outside with a boomerang, his father nearby. The little boy gave evidence from a special room with a court-appointed woman intermediary at his side.
Karl Scholz, prosecuting at Caernarfon Crown Court, said the victim had mentioned what had happened to his mother four months later and police had been told.
The jury heard the defence would claim mistaken identity. The trial, before Judge Philip Hughes, continues.
