LLWYN Isaf in the heart of Wrexham was turned into a funfair to help charities.
Asda’s charity funday was held in aid of the breast cancer charity Tickled Pink but other charities also enjoyed a welcome cash boost with almost 20 stalls at the event.
The green was transformed and visitors were able to enjoy such fun attractions as fairground rides, crazy golf and a giant climbing wall.
There was also a wide range of demonstrations, including those carried out by St John Ambulance and by groups of dancers.
Mary Williams, community life champion for Asda’s Wrexham store, said: “It is important to us we can help a lot of local charities by holding this event.
“We just want to be able to help the charities out.
“There is something for all ages and we hope the event has raised a lot of money for the charities.
“There are plenty of activities going on and hopefully people have enjoyed what they have seen.”
As well as a variety of attractions, almost 20 charities were represented by stalls at the event on Saturday.
The amount raised for Tickled Pink is expected to be announced later this week.
