TWO men were injured in a road accident in Llandegla on Bank Holiday Monday.
The collision happened at about 3.20pm on the A5104 and involved a silver Citroen Saxo and a Honda motorbike.
The motorcyclist sustained arm injuries.
The driver of the Saxo suffered a neck injury but it was not life-threatening.
A spokeman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 3.21pm to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision near Lake Hill Fishery in Llandegla, involving a car and a motorcycle.
“A man in his 40s with arm injuries and a man in his 20s with a neck injury were taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
A rapid response vehicle and two emergency ambulances attended the scene.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said the road remained blocked until 5.06pm when the carriageway re-opened.
