A BABY died in unexplained circumstances at an address in Wrexham yesterday.
spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said an ambulance was called at about 8am to attend to a “young child” at an address in the town.
The child was taken to Wrexham Maelor hospital, they said.
A spokesman for North Wales Police confirmed the ambulance service then contacted the force to report a six-month-old baby girl had died.
They added: “The death is currently being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the death.”
