NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Inventive Leisure Services Limited has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of Revolution, 77 West Street, Brighton BN1 2RA as follows: To amend Condition 1 of Annex 2 in respect of last entry. To amend Condition 2 of Annex 2 in relation to the provision of door staff. The removal of Condition 23 of Annex 2 to allow for recorded music to take place in the first floor bar area. There are to be no other changes to the licence. Full details of the application may be inspected at Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP or viewed at the Council's website: www.brighton-hove.gov.uk (if available). Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address not later than 22 September 2011. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in a fine not exceeding £5,000.
